☕ Return & Refund Policy

At Mr. Beans, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted, high-quality coffee to our customers. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!


🔁 Returns

- You can request a return within 21 days of receiving your order.

- To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

- Returns are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


💸 Refund & Replacement Window

Since coffee is a fresh and perishable product, our refund policy is based on how quickly the issue is raised:

- Within 7 days of delivery:
100% refund or like-for-like replacement

- Within 15 days of delivery:
🔁 50% refund or like-for-like replacement

- Within 21 days of delivery:
🔁 25% refund only

- After 21 days:
No refunds or replacements
(Due to the freshness-sensitive nature of coffee)


💳 Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we’ll notify you of the status.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


🔄 Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, report it to us within 7 business days, and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
